These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VyBlee Singapore ordering and delivery platform (the “Platform”), operated by VyBlee Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“VyBlee”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), and your access to and use of the Service (defined below).

These Terms are expressly deemed to incorporate our Privacy Policy (accessible at https://citadinesbs-preorder.vyblee.com/privacy-policy).

By accessing or using the Platform or the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or continue using the Platform or the Service.

1. Eligibility and scope

The Platform and the Service is provided for use by guests and authorised users of participating hotels, serviced apartments, and similar properties (“Property Partners”). By using the Platform and/or the Service, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old.
You are a current guest or authorised user within the participating property.
You will comply with all laws applicable to you and/or your use of the Platform and/or the Service.
You will only use the Platform and/or the Service for their intended and lawful purposes.

2. Service description

VyBlee provides the Platform to link users to participating kitchen operators and food partners (“Kitchen Partners”) and facilitate the ordering, payment and logistics process for food and beverage products and services made available to users by Kitchen Partners through the Platform (the “Service”). The Service enables users to browse menus, place food and beverage orders, and request delivery or pick-up through the Kitchen Partners.

VyBlee does not itself prepare the food. Meals are prepared and fulfilled by independent Kitchen Partners operating under applicable food-safety regulations. VyBlee is not responsible for the acts and/or omissions of any Kitchen Partner. The products and/or services provided by Kitchen Partners to users through the Platform shall not be deemed to be provided by VyBlee.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through the Platform and confirmed once payment is processed.
Prices are displayed in Singapore dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment is processed securely via third-party payment providers. VyBlee does not store your credit/debit card details.
Once an order is placed, cancellations or changes may not be possible depending on preparation stage.
Any refunds or adjustments will be handled through VyBlee’s customer support in accordance with our refund policy.

4. Delivery and collection

Delivery times are indicative only; delays may occur due to property access, traffic, or operational issues.
Orders will be delivered to the room number or location provided during checkout.
If delivery cannot be completed (e.g., invalid room, guest unavailable), the order may be left with hotel staff or cancelled at VyBlee’s discretion.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code;
Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform;
Use the Platform to harass, defame, or harm others.

VyBlee may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform.

6. Intellectual property

VyBlee and its licensors, where applicable, shall own all right, title and interest, including all related intellectual property rights, in and to the Platform and by extension, the Service as well as any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations or other information provided by you or any other party relating to the same. These Terms do not constitute a sale agreement and do not convey to you any rights of ownership in or related to the Service and/or the Platform, or any intellectual property rights owned by VyBlee and/or its licensors.

VyBlee and its licensors, where applicable, grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non- transferable, limited license to use and access the Platform to use the Service or otherwise view related information, subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by VyBlee and its licensors. All content, branding, and software associated with the Platform (including trademarks, text, graphics, and code) belong to VyBlee or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of the Platform or content without written consent.

7. Data protection

VyBlee collects and processes limited personal data (such as your name, email, and room number) solely to fulfil your order and support the service. For details on how we manage, protect, and disclose personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services

The Platform integrates with independent third parties (e.g., payment processors, Kitchen Partners, delivery providers). VyBlee is not responsible for any content, products, services or other materials offered by third parties through the Platform. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and VyBlee is not a party to and disclaims any and all responsibility and/or liability arising from such agreements between you and the third parties.

9. Disclaimers

VyBlee provides the Platform and the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, or availability of the Platform or the Service.
Food is prepared and supplied by independent Kitchen Partners; VyBlee does not guarantee quality, allergen safety, or suitability for dietary needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VyBlee disclaims all warranties and representations not expressly set out in these Terms, including any representation or warranty of any kind whatsoever, express or implied, in respect of all food and beverage products and services made available to users by Kitchen Partners through the Platform.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

VyBlee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform and/or the Service, even if VyBlee has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages.
VyBlee’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VyBlee, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform and/or the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of law.

12. Termination

VyBlee may suspend or terminate access to the Platform and/or the Service at any time without prior notice if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may cease use of the Platform and/or the Service at any time.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update or revise these Terms periodically. The revised version will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Such amendments shall be effective once they are posted on https://citadinesbs-preorder.vyblee.com/terms-of-use or the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform or the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
